Fire-Roasted Red Pepper Dipping Sauce

Ketchup without tomatoes? Only at Rootham’s. Expect a flavour burst of fire-roasted red peppers and just enough smokey heat.  Use it like you would any ketchup or dipping sauce – on sweet potato fries, grilled cheese or as a flavour maker in soups or meatballs. 

Ingredients: Fresh and roasted red peppers, pure cane sugar, white vinegar, onions, Ontario garlic, chipotle peppers, banana peppers, pectin, spices, mustard seed.
